Nell'intricato e immobile sistema dell'arte italiana molti talenti scelgono la fuga all'estero: la gestione da parte di gallerie d'oltreoceano di personaggi come Cattelan e Stingel ne è un esempio.

Un altro talento, seppur esordiente, è Gabriele Bonato. Un artista nato a Fiumicello, che pure ha varcato la soglia di prestigiose istituzioni, portando a casa svariati riconoscimenti, ma che ha scelto di vivere in Spagna.

Il percorso artistico di Gabriele, che ho avuto la fortuna di seguire fin dagli esordi, è da sempre segnato dalla "buona pittura". E da uno sguardo attento al passato, ai grandi maestri (vedi una recente intervista). Il talento ha fatto il resto.

Una pittura che è in grado di trasformarsi e rinnovarsi di continuo, perché guidata da una mano felicissima e da tantissima passione.

Another talent, although emerging, is Gabriele Bonato. A Fiumicello born artist, who had relations with many prestigious institutions and has been repeatedly honoured, but who has decided to move to Spain.

The Gabriele's artistic background, which I've fortunately followed since the beginning, has always been marked by a "good painting". And by a careful eye for the past, for the great masters (look a recent interview). His talent has made the rest.

A very qualitative art, which has the ability of transforming itself and renewing constantly, guided by a very good hand and by a great passion.
