Rieccomi qua. Riposata e pronta a ripartire!
Mi sto documentando in merito a valutazioni, libri su altri libri e siti online dedicati al collezionismo librario fuori dall'Italia.

Buona caccia!
Here I am again! Rested and ready to start again!
From September on, besides the usual columns like "shelf of the sought after books" or the one dedicated to the so-called author's "firsts", I'm going to introduce some new posts about book collecting around the world, especially in America and Great Britain.
At the moment I'm researching book valuations, books about books and websites about book collecting outside Italy.
Just to begin with a good thing, I want to suggest these three Paul Auster's first editions that, if signed, are estimated by booksellers around 2000 dollars.
The first to came out was City of Glass, then in the same year followed the other two.
The success of the work was immediate, partly thanks to the choice of the skyline, which may appear banal, but that has a sure impact.
In Italy the three books were published a year after in only one book, with the title Trilogia di New York, about which I wrote in one of my latest posts.
Speaking of which I want to reconsider my position about: actually the edition it's not so diffused as I thought. In fact at the moment it is not possible to find a copy of it.
Good hunt!
